“I had a great experience here. Dr. O’Connell has a wonderful bedside manner, was extremely thorough, and put me at ease during a short procedure. There is a great energy in the office as a whole. I do not love the “call back” system for making an appointment. If you miss the call the following day, you have to start all over again. I had to stay glued to my phone so I did not have to repeat this process over and over. It did not take away from the 5 stars though and is simply something I wish they would change.”

Dr Miles took the time to know us before we decided to become her patient, she did home visits for the first month or our baby’s life so we wouldn’t have to drive our newborn around in the middle of a pandemic, and has accommodated our lifestyle and vaccination schedule preferences without a problem. She has answered all of our texts with even the most basic questions, which as new parents and trying to figure out how baby’s “work” has been golden! She even called us back on a Sundays for a true emergency. She treats our baby holistically not only monitoring her physical development but also her cognitive, behavioral and emotional development. Dr Sant has backed her up when out of town, and has the same gentle and knowledgeable approach. We are so lucky to have found Thrivewell!!”
