“I’ve never had an issue with this place. The people who work here are extremely friendly and have on multiple occasions helped me take items out to my car, but also answered many questions. One issue I found was that on occasion they are lacking in trees and garden supplies but it’s possible that many people purchase these particular items that’s why I’m not giving them a lower rating. That may not be something that is their fault.”

I called on a whim to see if anyone would answer and I was surprised to get a friendly hello from Tom. I explained the situation and told him my movers were coming in 1 hour and I was in desperate need for insurance. He happened to be working late in the office and he was super patient to wait for me to get back to him with all our details. Within a couple hours we finally had insurance.
