The vets at other veterinary hospitals just dismissed her and some even refused to evaluate or treat her, but Dr. Voisine sought the opinion of her colleagues at academic centers so that we knew there was absolutely nothing else to be done. Every single veterinarian took time to communicate with me when I called for updates, and the techs and rest of the staff were professional and compassionate. I felt like they cared about my cat as much as I did, and I couldn’t have asked for better care.”
