I appreciate him. Older post - The first time I came into this Ford dealership was for a recall. I had no idea how great these guys would be. Mike Matthews is the epitome of customer service! From our first conversation he made me feel like I was talking with family. He was a great listener, very informative and he checked on me routinely while my vehicle was being serviced. Though the service took a little while to complete, his friendliness made up for that wait and I'll always come back because of it.”
