The maintenance people also do a good job and are friendly as well. I love that i have access to the gym and pool and they also have a club house that we can use for any events. “My Granddaughters sixth birthday party was a success thanks to Jacksonville Carriage. They showed up when they said they would. The petting zoo, pony and horse rides were all done very professionally. The children ranged from one to 12 and everyone had a great time. I especially liked the way they explained everything to the kids and taught them about the different animals. Thank You for a great experience I rate 5 out of 5!”
