“Dr. Nay is extraordinary! I returned from Afghanistan after working there for many years. After returning, I realized I was suffering from PTSD. “I’ve only been working out here for a couple of weeks but I’m impressed by the affordability vs the quality of this gym. It doesn’t have all the amenities of a much bigger gym with a spa or a pool or anything. But what it doesn’t have in variety it makes up in quality. They have numerous cardio equipment, to the point that you would be hard pressed to ever be waiting for one. The free weights are plentiful and they have a wide open dumbbell area with many benches. They have more types of machines than I’ve ever seen. And a couple I’ve never even heard of. I’ve been at all times of the day and night and not once has it ever been packed. The app is useful to check gym capacity but I’ve never needed to wait for a later time or to show up earlier. Facilities are spotless and very modern and up to date. The staff is helpful and polite. They also don’t bombard you with up sales or with small talk unless you ask for it. If you’re looking for a gym that will give you a great workout with a busy schedule this is the one for you.”

“They saved me after being stranded for hours by triple AAA. I was told no tow trucks in the area and that nobody wanted to work on Sunday. I was not in a safe location either. I didn't really have the money for a tow after just renewing my triple AAA but I was stranded so I called to check prices. I have 12 foot ceiling with wood beams and the job they did was phenomenal throughout the house.They were polite, worked very hard and were quality talented painters.I would recommend them for any painting job !!!
