“Did you know Fishhead Kayak Charters also offers Eco Tours? Well they do. Great ones at that! Brian was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy! For two days, I accompanied my brother and Brian of Fishhead Kayak Charters on their kayak fishing adventures. While they were fishing, I paddled around and took advantage of Brian’s vast knowledge of the wildlife, fish life and plant life. I learned about tides and how the lunar cycle affects that, I saw oyster catchers, yellow legs, pelicans, turns, egrets, blue herons, a pair of otters, mullets, redfish, goats and much more. An absolute highlight was paddling with a dolphin. THE COOLEST!!! Well done Brian! Thanks for a great time.”

“14 months ago, January 18, 2021 I was dieing in the Oakhill Hospital from the Covid-19 infection. I was so sick I wanted to die. Dr. Audrey Bellant would not allow me. She visited me frequently in the room I shared with another man and since I am nearly deaf she wrote to me on a note pad, in large letters, encouraging words. I am 90 today and in a fairly good health considering my age. I am extremely grateful, to that lovely Lady, for keeping me alive, when I no longer wished to live.”

“They took real great care of two of our dogs, one had sliced his ear almost in half and it had got infected. His ear looks great now and you have to really look to see where he was hurt. It really improved quickly. Our geriatric chihuahua had a froth on her leg that got really bad and infected and had some horribly dirty teeth. With good news she survived the surgery and has been able to keep her leg so far and is looking better everyday. Her teeth turned out so good and her breath smells tons better! Thank you so much. “Are you a fan of a good char on your Neapolitan style pizza? This is your place! Owner knows his stuff and you can tell he cares. Just the smell of the wood-fired oven alone is worth a visit. My teenage son says this was the best pepperoni pizza he ever had. When the dough is perfect, I’m more a fan of simple cheese or margherita, so that’s what I go for here. My toddler agrees with me, since he gobbled up his slice expeditiously. Wholeheartedly recommend!”

“We have two golden retrievers who didn’t like any vet we went to until we started coming to Animal care center of Weeki Wachee. We have been to some vets in the area but have not had good experiences. We only want the best of the best for our dogs and this is why we come here. Our dogs know where they are when we pull into the parking lot and they have never shown any signs of fear or anxiety when arriving and will jump out of the car and head to the door. Dr. Cooper and his staff are compassionate and patient. The entire staff will treat, care, and love your animal as if it were their own. Dr. Cooper will explain everything to you in a way that you understand and will answer any questions you have. You really feel like a part of their “family” when you are there with your animals. They also have boarding and camp cooper!”
