  To start out we had a leak, so I called a True Plumbers and they had someone out quickly. Their techs are really nice guys and willing to help you understand what happened and what they are doing to correct the issue.I love that they handle the headaches of dealing with the insurance company. So when it came down to talking about putting everything back together my wife and their Project Manger came up with getting rid of our bath tub and using that space to extend the food pantry which was right on the other other side of the wall.We had a awesome tech by the name of Anthony D. who spent a couple weeks at our house remodeling. His professionalism and attention to detail was the greatest. Our bathroom and pantry are AMAZING..We will be doing our other bathroom in a few months and we will use TRUE PLUMBERS /TRUE BUILDERS again....

  I want to say a HUGE Thank You to everyone at True Builders for everything they have done to make the bathroom of our dreams a reality. Sadly we had a water leak inside the walls of our shower that eventually leaked under our wood flooring, popping them up. Malachi came out to investigate and determined the cause and immediately started prepping. Corey and Chad with the mitigation dept. were so fast to come and dry everything out so that we didn't get mold or worse damage. Throughout the hectic insurance process, Christina and Erica were amazing and handled everything for me and Erica was great in helping us select the exact materials we wanted. Mike, our Project Manager was the best. Between me changing my mind several times, to helping me choose a tub and measuring, measuring, and measuring again, I couldn't have chosen the things I did without his expertise. He saw our vision as we did and knew what to do to make it happen. Aaron was also great. He came in to check the project and got things done that day! The plumbers were the best--Carry and Jesus--shout out for always keeping a smile on your faces and making me laugh during a rough time. The barn doors were actually their idea and I think that's what makes the bathroom! Thanks for that, guys. Edgar did an amazing job putting the pieces back together for us and really outdid himself. Chris Lewis, you are a Godsend. We felt so comfortable with you around, and I have to say, my dogs loved you too! Chris R. and Brian are "the awesome twosome" as my husband and I called them when they came in on the rebuild team. They had everything put together so fast. They worked SO fast. The attention to detail on everything that was done was second to none. I have mentioned True Builders to EVERYONE I have heard that is looking to do a remodel, rebuild, etc. because I can't say enough about every single person that was involved in this project. From start to finish I have been nothing but happy with the amazing customer service provided. Way to go True Builders. Thank you, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. You have our business for life!

  True Builders installed hard wood laminate & ceramic tile throughout my entire home. Wow, wow, wow it’s beautiful! Not only was the finished product gorgeous but the customer service and communication was phenomenal! I called them probably five times a day for six days and they were still smiling and willing to help. Way to go True Builders!

  We had a leak in the wall and these gentlemen came in a flash! They immediately began taking care of our home. They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us navigate through the process and I feel very comfortable that this experience will not be as inconveniencing as initially thought.   Recently had our home re-piped by Chris G. and Zac. They did an excellent job, my husband and I are very pleased with their work. It’s obvious that they take such pride in their trade and it shows. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. We’ve had Chris G. make other previous plumbing repairs in the last few months and he’s awesome. Always smiling, very personable, and is extremely PATIENT!! We have four crazy kids and he was very understanding with the all of their craziness. He has excellent skills, punctual (was on time, every time), extremely considerate of our busy schedule, and just an all around great guy. Hire true plumbers and ask for Chris G. Thanks for all of your hard work!
