  Its been almost 2 months since we moved. Had few minor maintenance issues but they all got fixed the next day. Place is quite and neat. Enjoying my stay.

  I'm updating my review here. I've lived here since January of 2020 and still really love it. I will say that when I was looking to move here I took the time to look at several apt complexes in the area and made a list of the pros and cons of each place. I also let Rivertree know I wanted all appliances upgraded and renovated apt home. Yes, I had to wait to move in a few extra weeks but it was worth it. We have never had a problem with pests except some sugar and one summer which we remedied ourselves and I've only had to have maintenance come 3 times in 3 years for things I couldn't take off myself. Everytime I've dealt with maintenance it's been pleasant and professional.Quincy and Alfred and Mark are kind and empathetic to our situation at times of need. The community is quiet and well kempt. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the up tick in rent each year is higher than I'd like but it's better than other complexes. I also wish they would do more to make the pond in the back better looking. People throw their trash in there and the vegetation isn't upkept. It's really an eyesore. Other than that we've had no problems! We've decided we're staying for the next few years unless we have a major life event that causes us to move. It's centrally located to grocery, gas, and 301 and I75. I will say pulling into the complex off of Bloomingdale is a nightmare but I'll just continue to keep my eyes open and drive safely lol.
  
  Also, reading some of the reviews other tenants have left, for other businesses, I can tell they aren't happy with any place they do business with.

  I love this apartment complex! It is beautiful on the inside and out. All of the leasing agents have been so kind and helpful. Alfred especially was so helpful throughout my move in process. He was patient with me, and helped a stressful apartment hunt come with ease.
  
  Also, I love the amenities; the pool and gym are nicely kept. It’s also great that they have monthly activities for residents. You can tell they truly care about residents here, and I’ve never had that before.
  
  And to top it off, it is so close to different restaurants, shopping centers, and the highway. Rent is affordable and reasonable.
  
  I am very happy at Rivertree :)

  I really like these apartments , you get an welcoming , friendly vibe from everyone, your neighbors, and to the staff of rivertree apartments. Especially Ms CoCo who was an kind, courteous, thoughtful, and professional tour guide.
