“Healthy Home has been nothing but stellar. My mom has been receiving care for the past couple months and I can say we have not been disappointed. The nurses are educated, kind, on-time, and prepared. We have worked with some of the big name companies (Advent, BayCare, Trilogy) and have been nothing but disappointed and let down. “Over the Holiday weekend I struggled finding my handicap elderly mother a place to stay on very short notice. She was unable to climb stairs at my home. This was the closest location available, 15 mins away from where I live. The next morning I was delayed getting back to help her w/ getting breakfast. Karen handling the Food Service assisted my mother. Karen and the GM seeing to it that she safely returned to her room. Another staff member retrieved some ice for her. She was alone in the room, tripped and fell. Fire & Rescue had to be called to assist her up. Again, the Staff was very attentive, making sure Paramedics had instant access to get into her room. I expressed my gratefulness to all! The rooms here appear to be recently updated. New AC Units, nice beds, clean flooring, overall very clean and well maintained. The Pool, Lobby, breakfast service area, and all common areas also well maintained. I personally spoke to the GM before leaving, very kind and sincere. Highly recommended!”
