“Almost a 5 star experience, I want to rate at 4.5 stars but can't figure out how to do the 1/2! Rochelle was very good and helped us find a substitute quartz when our first choice was unavailable. She spent extra time with us even though I was a little disgruntled. My mood was mostly influenced by a bad experience with a different fabricator---sorry Rochelle. John and Bruno, our installers did a great job. They did the right thing when a large section had to be transported back to their facility to be cut 5/8th of an inch shorter. There were a couple of bumps in the road of our experience but I would recommend KB and I commend their employees for their professionalism.and great attitudes.”
