I am thankful for the work that they do here. They saved my cat and he has made a full recovery (urinary obstruction). They gave great discharge instructions and were extremely thorough. The only reason for the 4 star vs. 5 is that it is very expensive. They charged me more than the max they quoted me but they fixed it when I complained. However, they are an emergency center so I knew it was going to be pricey (I highly recommend pet insurance). I would take my pets here again if needed though because they provided excellent medical care! Thank you for saving my boy!

From calling them on the phone worried about my cat to picking her up later that day, I was very happy with the level of kindness the team showed me and the great care they provided my cat! I was updated throughout the day and the staff made sure to go over everything with me later on. Thank you so much!

After going to several vets in the Wheeling area for my very very sick and ancient cat I wound up here for an emergency. Yes this place may cost a tiny bit more than the other emergency vets I went to but omg they are worth it. The vet techs were so sweet and kind and the vet was great! I'd been struggling with my cat for 6 months. She kept getting under treated and over medicated. Other vets wanted me to bring her in once a week for a b12 shot which was traumatic for her. Finally this vet listened to me when I said I could do they shots myself and prescribed home treatment. A month later my sweet lady cat is back on her feet and back to her old tricks and hilarious personality. I can't thank you guys enough! It's great to be heard by your vet and trusted that you know what your pet needs, too!

This place is great. They are all very nice and knowledgable. They are very good at what they do. Just be aware that they are not open 24/7 for the time being and their emergency department is not open at all Thursday - Saturday
