“Calm and peaceful vet office. Everyone is friendly and they are very helpful. The doctors seem genuinely concerned for your cats. They give you pricing for all services so you can make informed decisions. I don’t feel like they push you to get services that you don’t need. They help you understand the options to choose the best course of care for your cat. They understand a trip to the vet is stressful for most cats so they are very patient. They call after services and check to see how your cat is doing which is very reassuring because there always seems to be a question you remember you wanted to ask after the vet visit is over. In my opinion the cost of services is in the higher range but not astronomical. Based on the level of care your cat receives and they way they treat you, I’d say the slightly higher prices are understandable and worth it. They are treating my 13 year old cats. They have been enormously supportive. One of my cats had a spine/back injury so now she has limited mobility. They are so great with her she is doing much better now and back to being her usual kitten-like self.”
