I am admittedly a picky customer, particularly when it came to my vintage engagement ring. Giuseppe went above and beyond to change the ruby setting from pronged to bezel. I truly appreciate his craftsmanship.

Giuseppe has been our jeweler for 15 years and we can't say enough about his friendliness, kindness, skillset, and integrity. He's a true Italian artisan who always makes us feel like his most important customer. He also often has delicious Sicilian treats baked by hand by his wife!

Honesty and integrity in a service person. I expected to pay a lot more than I did to have this 20 something year old watch serviced. I was shocked that he serviced it and replaced my battery at a ridiculously inexpensive rate and he did it while I waited. Stars and two thumbs up from me.

I visited the store to have a watch repaired. I returned with a second watch that I was told at a different store cannot be repaired. Great service and fair price. A gem in tampa.

Girlfriend and I went to get a ring resized, and he told us that he recommended to just get a ring guard instead, so that’s what we did. When he brought it back out he said it was free! He was super nice about it as well!
