“Dr. Smith and his staff are wonderful. I've been a patient for almost 10 years, and now that I live out of the area I still try to make my appointments with him when visiting family. He is very informative, takes the time to educate you, and really looks at your overall eye health -- your eyes can tell a lot about your overall health. At 38, Dr. Smith diagnosed me with cataracts. He took care of me right away; referred me to a specialist, then continued to monitor me after the surgery as well. Over the years I've called due to issues with my eyes (infections, etc.), Dr. Smith always saw me the same day and took care of my issue immediately -- diagnosed me correctly and ensured I got the right prescription. “This review is from 18 months post treatment. Paul is incredible. I chopped 12” of hair off right before moving to Florida (very damaged from years of dying), needless to say I was not prepared for the humidity and frizz that ensued. At the time of treatment, I had a 2b curl type and a lot of frizz if I didn’t maintain the CGM. After treatment, my hair was perfectly straight and incredibly soft. I had slight damage (dead ends) at the ends due to the bleach I was growing out, but Paul warned me this would happen and offered to trim it. The aftercare was very easy and it’s been so nice to be able to wash and go this past year. I did/do notice that I get split ends more quickly even though I don’t use heat on my hair. Otherwise, no breakage or hair loss from the treatment, my hair has been very silky and soft since. Now that it’s been a year and a half, my hair has grown out significantly. The weight of my hair makes the new growth more of a 2a curl and I still have about 5 inches of fully Japanese straightened hair at the end. To make this blend, I sleep in very loose braids and it matches my curl/wave pattern. This treatment was incredible and exactly what I needed at the time, if you’re on the fence just go ahead and book an appointment. You will not regret it.”
