Most of the people are much older, so you get to come home to peace and quiet and for us younger people we follow what they do and don't cause any problems. The staff here is great and respectful and are willing to help you anytime that you need their help. For someone who is looking for their first apartment, this is the place to start. It's in a convenient location that has everything you need from grocery stores, gym facilities, shopping and not to far from the beaches.

(July 13, 2019, 8:45 am)Southpointe is awesome. It has been my home for 7 years. Beautiful resort style living in South Tampa at an affordable price. The grounds are great and the pool area is awesome.
The property manager Debbie is great and the staff is on point. Anything I have ever needed has been done within 24 hours.
If you want to live in South Tampa near everything, look no further.
