Sophia is working on laser hair removal on my lip & chin and I am definitely noticing a big change in the hair growth. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and makes the experience comfortable.

Honestly felt like more of a massage than laser hair removal, but after waxing and tweezing for years my nerve endings are possibly numb to it all. Obviously the nether regions hurt a bit but overall a painless experience. She took into account my ethnicity and was very knowledgeable about the whole procedure. It was a wonderful and comfortable experience 10/10.

I was a hormonal, physical, and emotional wreck after menopause. Dr. Mercedes was recommended to me. After doing extensive bloodwork, she addressed and treated my deficiencies with supplements and hormone pellets. I’ve been a patient for 4 yrs and she gave me back my quality of life!

I’m not the type of person to write a review, but this doctor is amazing and I wanted to share my experience. I went to see Dr. Mercedes regarding Botox. I must say from the moment I walked into the door & my consultation with her was phenomenal. She is like no other doctor I’ve ever met. Not only did she provide me with knowledge regarding my concerns she also didn’t try and “up sale” me! ( We all know how a lot of these doctors office will try and sell you everything) If you’re looking for a doctor that is genuine and does amazing work look no further. You won’t regret it.

Dr Mercedes and her staff are highly knowledgeable, extremely supportive and ultimately competent in their care for their patients. Individual treatment plans are firmly based on continual testing to insure effective and proper implementation. We have several friends who are patients of Dr Mercedes and we are all very pleased with the attention and results we are achieving!
