“Highly recommend!! I received CoolSculpting Elite at this office and I was extremely impressed with the entire process. I reached out via an online form and received a text message to coordinate an appointment, which was extremely convenient. I tried to schedule at another location but they were booked out for over a month so I was very impressed how quickly I could come in for a consultation and the procedure at this office. Dr Reddy and everyone there was sooo nice and helpful answering my questions and making me feel completely comfortable. There was a tv and snacks in the room, and they gave me a nice neck pillow. Absolutely loved my experience definitely will be returning.”

“Brought in a pair of navy blue pants that had coffee spilled on them. Picked them up and they still had a strong coffee smell (obviously they had just pressed them and not cleaned them) brought back for a redo. Picked them up, same thing. Apparently if there are no obvious stains, they charge you for dry cleaning but don’t really do it. The employees are very nice but the actual service is sub par. I would like to amend my review. Not only did I receive a text and call concerning my feedback, they sent out a driver to pick up and return the pants. I feel like a valued customer. It’s easy to get great reviews when nothing goes wrong. It’s how you turn it around when something does go wrong. We are loyal lifetime clients now because of the extraordinary customer service.”

“I see a lot of bad reviews for this place, but I've been here multiple times and that's not my experience. The worst things I can say are that the location isn't the greatest and a couple times I had issues getting the pump to take my card. Aside from that, it's a typical 7-11 and is very serviceable. Never had issues with the staff, and they are always well stocked. I sometimes drop by for a couple donuts and a Slurpee, never really had any problems. The spacious lot makes moving around the place easier than a lot of those gas stations with almost no room, and there's an Amazon locker on the side. Overall, a reliable place. I just wish pulling back onto the road was a bit easier and there areas to turn around.”
