I reached out via an online form and received a text message to coordinate an appointment, which was extremely convenient. I tried to schedule at another location but they were booked out for over a month so I was very impressed how quickly I could come in for a consultation and the procedure at this office. Dr Reddy and everyone there was sooo nice and helpful answering my questions and making me feel completely comfortable. There was a tv and snacks in the room, and they gave me a nice neck pillow. I often get massages at a different provider nearer to my house, and though I love that office's work, I felt even more relaxed during and after my treatment here. I liked how often both therapists checked in to see if we wanted more/less pressure in a given area, etc. I bought my visit on Groupon, but it looked like their prices were very reasonable.
