“Charlie ,Tim and the team have been taking care of my fleet of 19 vehicles for years. We have spent years and a lot of money looking for the right shop and now we that have Fleet truck Services we stopped looking. The service all of our vehicles which range from limos, sprinter, shuttle buses ,school buses it nice to have one shop for all. Good Family business they treat you like family and are very fair priced. We had a bus break down on a friday afternoon 5 pm outside of Jacksonville (200 miles away from his shop). I called Charlie to see if he knew anyone in the area he told me he would call me back. Ten minutes later he told me that Tim and Ron where getting some things together and would be heading out shortly, they drove 6 hours fixed the bus and saved the day. I can't think of any other company that would have done this. Thanks again Charlie and Tim. Highly recommend them”

I was getting counterfeit medicine at other pharmacy. When I called them to put my Prescription in, Karl was so nice and so patient with me. He was so, understanding and had my prescription transferred and everything ready so fast. They r very easy to get a hold of. Always answer the phone right away. Called me when everything was done. “Dr. Frew is one of the best Dr I have ever seen. He is very patient and understanding. I have been going to him since 2014 for suboxone treatment and I trust him completely and I feel he is there because he really cares and wants to see people get better and succeed in their life. He is never judgmental but will make sure you take proper care of yourself the best he can. He always takes time to listen and does not rush you out. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The staff ladies are also so wonderful and welcoming. They are very nice and ask about how you have been when they see you again. They treally care for their patients. The whole clinic is great. It's a walk in clinic and their is usually a very short wait. “I wanted to take the time out to give a 5 star review for Jim Leichtenschlag, if it wasn't for him I would give a 1 star review. Communication & Responding is extremely important. My lease was expiring and being in the industry I waited for my renewal letter 90 days out, I never received one. I called the office and was told they would put a ticket in and will get back to me, nobody did. I called again and asked about my renewal and they told me I should receive something 60 days out, again still nothing. It's now 30 days so I emailed and never received a response. I emailed again and still nothing. My lease expired and I finally received my renewal but it was wrong. I called and they said it will be corrected & will resend it. I reached out to Jim and he was amazing, he said he was helping out the property manager and I'm glad he helped out . He was extremely apologetic for my previous experience and was surprised because he says they sent renewal notices out 90, 60 and 30 days out! It took ONE person that was able to complete a simple task instead of putting me in a system for an email to respond and not handle the issue. RW should have more staff like Jim! If I ever need a leasing agent in the future, I know who to look for! Thank you again Jim.”
