“This is a women’s only studio and the group personal training sessions are only 30 minutes. The trainers are very encouraging. I have had dropped my blood glucose from as high as 198 down to 89, 99. The meal plans provided by the nutritionist on staff are very helpful to keep you on track. I highly recommend Samantha Taylor Fitness!”

She was knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was having a pleasant shopping experience, and worked diligently to stay within my budget. I spent at least two hours in the store, and both Rachael and David couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant the entire time. They even gave me a balloon for my birthday (cheesy, but showed the dedication to their job and customers to have a pleasant shopping experience). I will continue to refer my family and friends, and personally shop with them in the future.”

Robert (Bob) Frijouf determined the idea was a long shot which, in the end, saved us a lot of time and money by not pursuing an idea that was not likely to come to fruition.
