“So, my partner got transferred to Northside for inpatient care. I was worried about him especially after reading all the reviews. As far as my experience with the facility there were pros and cons. Cons: It did take forever to get ahold of a receptionist on the phone and when I finally did, they were unable to tell me when visitation hours were. I got disconnected after she transferred me, but I was able to call back quickly, because she did provide me with an extension number. Now, I'm not sure who picked up the phone, but when I asked if and when visitation hours were they just said 6. I assumed that they meant visitation was UNTIL 6pm. I arrived at the facility around 1pm and was then told that visitation hours were from 7pm-8pm. The miscommunication was frustrating, but I think the communications I had afterward made up for all of it. Pros: I was able to talk to someone about the miscommunication about the timing issue and was fortunate enough to have been able to catch my partner's case worker right after he had been given permission to contact me. Joseph was truly amazing. I cannot begin to describe how profession and reassuring he was for this very stressful situation. I was not only able to talk about my partner's case, but they were also gracious enough to allow me a short visit with my partner just to make sure that he was alright. He was attentive, helpful and just very reassuring. Joseph if you see this, please know that you have my deepest gratitude. So while some of the staff may be lax, for anyone who has a loved one in inpatient care, I can at least attest that they are getting excellent care.”

“The most spacious of apartments we looked at. We have our own garage, fireplace and I have huge furniture which all fits very well. All of the management and leasing staff are very friendly and laid back. We are renewing again and plan on being here a while! The maintenance staff are all very cool also. I would definitely recommend this place, you cannot get the space anywhere else.”

“Great service!! My grandmother passed away very unexpectedly and my best friend, who lives out of state, sent me flowers not knowing I had left the country. The delivery guy went above and beyond and offered to hold the flowers for me at the shop until I got back. “I am really not sure how anyone can complain about this location. The ladies there were so nice, patient, professional, and understanding with not only me but with everyone that came in. I had an appointment later in the morning but decided to go in as a walk-in when they first opened. There was a line of course but I was seen within 30 mins. There were others that had issues with the computer check-in, the front desk woman helped out. There was a deaf man needing help and they adjusted to him so quickly, I was impressed! People asking stupid questions, in my opinion, nice patients and grumpy/confused people.... everyone was treated with nothing but respect and kindness! Great staff! Clean place. Nice environment.”

“UPDATE: after putting all our furniture back I noticed some little areas that I wanted touched up (I’m OCD soooo….) I texted Luis he told me we would be out on Tuesday to take a look at my concerns. A few mins later he texted again and said “Iam going to assign a full day for your floors again”. We agreed on Friday. He was here on time, came in an addressed even the smallest of my concerns. Took his time, paid attention to every tiny detail and even gave the whole floor an addition buff!!! I AM AMAZING IN HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND HIS WANTING TO MAKE HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPY. If I can give a 100 star rating I would. Luis really does goes above and beyond for his customers. We hired Luis Ley and his crew from TPA Floor care and Restoration to bring back to life our terrazo floors, our 54 year old floors!! They did an amazing job. They were very professional, respectful of the property and their top priority was to make sure I was pleased with their work. Luis was amazing at replying to my messages quickly. Luis and his crew answered ALL my question thoroughly about process which was a big plus for me. Job well done, Thank you!!”
