“Office is clean, spacious, and cozy. Staff is friendly and efficient. I will admit I did wait in the waiting room for an hour but I believe I overheard it was because my file was misplaced. This could happen to anyone, so I won’t dock points for that. Stuff happens, no biggie. The team was kind and the doctor was quick, very nice, and spot on. She diagnosed me within a few short minutes and prescribed me something that already has me healing! She is an absolute godsend. She is professional, kind, truly listens and gives amazing advice and a treatment plan that works! She always helps my children feel at ease with their visit even when they have to be poked, prodded and aren't feeling their best. We have seen Dr Mehta as well and he is professional and has great funny bedside manner for the kids. The office staff is always helpful and does their best to squeeze you in when you have a sick child. Their extended office hours are a blessing with a hectic and demanding schedule of working parents. Thank you to the physicians, medical assistants and administrative staff that have made our family life here in Lutz better knowing we have them to rely on when needed. “I needed to get a right shoulder X-ray so I called and they said they accepted walk ins for X-rays. I arrived early Friday morning, shortly after they opened. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. I only had to sign a few lines and my wait time in the lobby was short. The radiology techs were very friendly and the X-ray process was easy as expected. I would definitely recommend this location and would come back again, as needed.”
