Each nurse or doctor that was tending to me was super friendly, informative, accommodating, and nothing short of reassuring. I don't go out of my way to really write reviews on Urgent Care centers of all places but I felt compelled to do so because I had a comfortable experience while not feeling my best. Thank you for opening a place where you can tell the nurses actually care and enjoy what they are doing.”

“Dr Sotomayor is a most incredible dermatologist… her bedside manner is calm, she listens, she knows all the answers to my questions. She has followed through my treatment of scalp psoriasis with diligence. Then there’s Miss Avery who has worked with me for several months giving me the light treatments that have made a huge difference in resolving my issue! Dr Sotomayor prescribed “Skyrizi” as an added medication to keep the psoriasis away… when I first called United Healthcare, I was told that each dose would be 18,000$. It would be at least 6 doses! That’s a cost I truly couldn’t afford! Miss Avery worked diligently for me, making several phone calls to the sales rep to help move things along to get me more assistance. The price went down to 3100$ per dose, still unattainable for me! Avery worked even harder, helping me fill out forms and just recently, I was advised that my cost would be -0- through the manufacturers offered plan! A HUGE thank you to not only Dr Sotomayor, but to Miss Avery as well! I will never go anywhere else for any dermatological issues! You GO ladies ❤️”
