“It’s hard to fine the perfect words to express my family’s extreme appreciation for this kind and wonderful senior living facility, The Pacifica in Sun City Center, Fl. Marcos Cardovez, the facility’s director whom my family had the pleasure of dealing with during a very difficult time was hands on and always available as we made the decision to have my father moved to Pacifica’s Senior Living memory care unit. My dad was being transferred from a rehabilitation center to Pacifica, upon his arrival the medical staff immediately realized he needed emergency care and called 911. How they handled the whole heartbreaking situation was amazing and the care they gave my mom as this emergency was happening was above and beyond. Marcos was in continuous communication with our family. We unfortunately did lose our dad, but their continued support was again I will use the word “amazing”. If you find yourself or a family member in need of senior living care, please take the time to visit Pacifica Senior Living in Sun City Center. The entire staff is caring and very kind and as I said at the beginning of this review it is hard to fine the perfect words to express our deep appreciation for the kindness given to our dad and mom.”

“I had a gift card and wanted to use it for a facial. I booked an appointment online and showed up on the day of my appointment. I was immediately greeted by the women at the front desk who were both very nice. I met my esthetician and she took me back to my room. It was very clean and calming. It was my first time getting a facial so she walked me through what to do and what she was doing. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back.”

“I've been coming here for 3 years now and I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried Shapes, Curves and joined the YMCA several times but I failed at all of them. They won't let you fail here. I'm no spring chicken and I shouldn't have waited so long to try to get in shape, but these folks are so encouraging. All the coaches seem to genuinely care about your progress and are very attentive to your needs. The owner Carol will always notice if I'm not using the proper technique and will instruct me in the correct way of whatever I'm doing. No cliques here either. Very welcoming crowd. Today my partner and I were dead last in the workout but those who had already finished were cheering us on. Only in CrossFit do the last place finishers get applause.”

“I honestly can’t say enough about our experience. My daughter and her friends had a blast at the skating rink for her birthday party. Our server Dante was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to take care of me my daughter and our guests. Everything was perfect. She wants to have a party there again next year. We go every Saturday and Tuesday night and enjoy it. I will recommend other parents to have their child’s parties at United States of America any chance somebody asks. Again I cannot speak highly enough for Dante he was perfect.”

The worst pay was doing the intake forms, and I recommend sending a link for patients to complete prior to arrival. I was treated respectfully, bya professional staff, and received medication that has already started working. I've been to other urgent cares where I waited over 4 hours that are close to this one. Kudos!”
