I was so grateful to have found this place afterwards. The midwives are all so sweet and knowledgeable and they all really helped me feel prepared for giving birth. The childbirth classes were super helpful and informative. The facility is beautiful and the atmosphere is always comfortable! The front desk staff are all very kind, efficient and understanding! I truly had a beautiful birth experience here and I will definitely be back for my second baby. This place is awesome!”

“If I could give 6 stars I would. I close with Karen and Savvy title as exclusively as I can as a Real Estate Broker, and also for my personal residence. I’ve had the experience of working with maybe 100 or more different title companies and closing agents in the Tampa area. Many are good, and if there are no hiccups along the way, the experience will mostly be the same. However, if there are any issues, bumps, or road blocks, I assure you there is no one more competent, reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated than Karen and her team. I’ve not seen any title company or closing agent with the skill (or motivation) to remedy permit & lien issues, or walk a lender/underwriter through there own mistakes and still get to closing on time. One time they completed a closing for me with a contract period of 5 days with a major holiday in between. I’ll say it again, if I could give 6 stars I would.”
