  Ok so I am not a write a review type of person so if your really wanting an honest review here it is. my experience royal roys vet has left me dying to share my experience. If you love your pet as if they were your own child then this is the right vet's office for you. My cat max was very sick and went almost a week without food before royal oaks got him back on his feet. I had taken him to an emergency vets office twice in this same week before coming to royal oaks and at that vet's office it seemed like they just saw my beloved pet as a number $$. Nobody greeted him and the questions asked about his condition were very vague. I left that emergency vet (again not royal oaks) very disappointed and I was left with so many questions. So about 2-3 days later I finally was so worried about my little buddy cuz he hadn't eaten in almost 6 days at this point I called around and royal oaks had a available drop off appointment so I took it. That was the best decision I could have made. When I brought max through the front doors of royal oaks he was immediately greeted by every staff member that was at the front desk. They gave me a welcoming hello how are you and then went straight to petting and saying hey to my little furry friend, they loved on him as if he was their own. In the first 5 minutes of being at royal oaks I knew I was at the right place. I knew by how much the staff members cared about my furbaby that he was gonna get the best care. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and also left me with nothing but confidence after I left max with him for the day. They might just be cats to everyone else but to me they are my kids. They are part of the family and the way royal oaks treated my kids It wouldn't be right if I didn't write this review for them.

  Royal Oaks is the best! Our dog was very sick and they stayed late to treat him and texted us and took calls from us through the weekend to help us and our pet. They are reasonably priced and very caring. We will never use another vet!

  Royal Oaks is the best vet service! My poor puppy broke his leg around 5pm one afternoon and they helped us even though it was late. They are kind and incredibly knowledgeable. We also occasionally day-board our puppy when both my husband and I have to be gone all day. He stays from 8am-530pm and they feed him, give him medications and lots of love. My pup never seems stressed when I pick him up, and the staff usually gives me a verbal report of how his day went. Royal Oaks staff, Dr G and Dr Dwyer are amazing. Thank you!

  This is a really nice veterinary hospital. I had to come in with a friend as we made emergency preparations for their pets.
  
  There is a nice large waiting room with ample seating. There is wheelchair access for the facility and at least the men’s room.
  
  The staff were kind and professional and did all they could to accommodate us.
