(February 26, 2019, 6:36 pm)I have just rented my climate controlled unit at the Minneola location. Could not be more pleased to have met Sharon who took care of me. She is #the lady!! She kindly answered my questions, recommended what size unit would best suit my needs, then walked me to the unit. I was very pleasantly surprised to find it so clean and convenient. Carts are made available to move your boxes, etc., and I was given a complete explanation of how to use entrance/exit codes. TOTALLY RECOMMEND this facility. (Jackie is the other lady in the office, and she also can help in this same way). Many thanks, Sharon!

(February 23, 2019, 9:43 am)We've done business with this facility for about 5 years. We've had multiple units there over the years. Clean, secure facility, with a helpful, friendly staff. After adding more storage space at our own property, we just cleaned out our last unit at Personal Mini. But, if we ever need offsite storage in the future, we know where to go.

An from the minute i walked in! i told my self this is the place!! The manager was super sweet and friendly and fit all my requirements felt almost like it was my home. Thank you guys!
