“I'm sorry to say my experience has been very disappointing thus far. I ordered a new cutter on June 7 and it arrived defective right out of the box. I followed the procedure to return the item and that's the last I've seen of the cutter. I've sent numerous emails and phone calls trying to get an update, but have yet to hear from anyone. As someone who has owned a business, I find this lack of customer service unacceptable. I'm amending my original review. Chad personally resolved my issues and I am now the proud owner of a functioning Zing Orbit. The product works great and I'm looking forward to many years of use. Thanks again Chad for your help.”

“I called Faden Builders on 09/26/18, and left a message requesting information on getting an estimate. A very nice young lady had Patrick (we call him Pat) call me back. After speaking with Pat we set a time for him to go into my commercial property between 10 and 11 am on Thursday 09/27/18. I found out by my location that Pat never arrived at my property. I immediately contacted the office and was transferred to Pat's cell phone. He stated that he got held up in a meeting, and was unable to make it to my location. I was genuinely surprised that I did not at least get a phone call stating that he would not be able to go out. In any event, I decided to give Pat a 2nd chance. We rescheduled for between 9 & 9:30 am today (Friday 09/28/10). It is now 12:00 noon and Pat has still not shown up, nor have I gotten the common courtesy of a phone call. I would NEVER recommend this company, if this is the way that they conduct their business. Update: After posting the above review I received a call from Todd Faden (owner). I explained why I left the review that I did, and Todd told me that if I gave him the opportunity that he would go to my location immediately, and let me know what I needed to have done. Todd was true to his word, went to my location immediately, and called me as soon as he returned. He also emailed me his recommendation, along with some additional information on where the problem was to begin with. This morning I received a proposal for the work, and this afternoon I received a phone call From Todd, just following up to make sure that I received everything that he sent me. Even though Todd has gone out of his way to make this right, I will not leave a 5 star review due to the initial issues. I would however, recommend Todd.”
