The cashiers are mostly knowledgeable. Although I would say that some of the staff should greet a customer. The one manager, Timothy, has listened to any concerns I did have and is courteous asking “How am I”? Everytime I see him. This is Caring! and what a place should offer.”

If I would have went with my first choice. I definitely wouldn't have this gorgeous pool in my back yard. Chris is the designer and he doesn't just stop after his design. He holds your hand the whole way through. Answered all of my questions and even answers after hour calls. Last week while driving from out of state I ran into some engine trouble, but I was fortunate enough to make it safely to Palm Tire and Automotive (located just a few miles from I-75). My first impression once arriving to the shop was how nice and clean the facility was, much different than most auto shops that I had been to before. The staff here was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the issues my vehicle was experiencing. Within a matter of minutes the team was able to diagnose the issue as well as present me with my options of remedy. After a little over an hour I was back on the road and my car was running nice and smooth! Thanks again fellas, I'll definitely be back!”
