“I just love this city library. It’s quaint and has many programs for young children all the way to adults. There are Book Clubs, Children’s Story Time, Kids, Crafts and Read to the Dogs, and even have a Beginning Knitting Class. There is WiFi available inside the library as well as around the grounds. There’s a beautiful garden next to the building for reflection as well as a quiet place to read. They have a dedicated section for children’s books and DVDs. There is a wide variety of current DVDs including Academy Award Winning titles. They also have computers to use as well. They are part of the Lake County Library System so you can create an online account and then place a hold on any book in the system. Once the book is located, they will deliver it directly to your local branch. It’s a fantastic service!”

“I arrived just minutes before closing time expecting to get the third degree or even a bad attitude from the department representative for attempting to submit a permit application so late in the work day as is generally the typical response exhibited at other AHJ's but that was not the case at all! The intake person was very hospitable and friendly and outgoing even that late in the day. I'll be back in the next few weeks to collect my documents and hope to receive the same great attitude and eagerness that was exhibited today! Google Maps did take me to an incorrect location just down the street a few blocks but that error appears to have just simply been a glitch or something of that nature as the correct address had been entered previously.”
