Wow- excellent place to get away! The great location aside, AMI Locals treated us like we were their only customers (though there were many others). We always got quick and helpful responses. The villa was quiet and private, and so close to the beach. We talked about making this a regular vacation spot for our family. Can’t say enough great things about this experience. Thanks AMI!

The Driftwood Motel in Holmes Beach has long been one of our favorite vacation spots on Anna Maria Island. A small (seven apartment) single floor facility conveniently located for beach access, dining and shopping, and moderately priced, we have been staying here for twenty years. The previous owners, Pat and Gary had made it very family friendly and warmly appointed. Happily, the new management has kept the family orientation and the warmth of the decor. Additionally, improvements have been made to the check-in/out process with no contact keyless access. The Driftwood remains a favorite vacation spot.

Fantastic! The architecture of this home is so nice, the backyard looks like a mini resort and it’s only a 3 min walk to the most beautiful beach with white sand and perfect turquoise water. The house had nearly everything we needed! We had a party of 15 with 5 kids and everyone had their own room and private space. The island of Anna Maria is our new favorite place! Planning on booking this home again for sure.

We just ended a two week stay on AMI and had a fabulous experience. We’ve been to AMI several times but this was our first time with your rental company. The house was super comfortable, lots of kitchen equipment and roomy. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they had a repair person there within an hour or two. Terrific experience!

Just got back from a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island and a perfect stay at Beach View Retreat! The pics of the house really don't do it justice. Especially the outdoor pool area and the master suite on the top floor. Having two families staying in this house, space was the biggest concern, followed by the amenities and proximity to the beach. This house checks all of the boxes. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook every meal should you want to, which we did. The dining table has plenty of seating but if you need more there are stools in the kitchen which are great for the kids! Bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. We were also pleasantly surprised to find all of the necessary items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc). That saved us lots of money since we didn't need to go buy them from a store. We definitely wont hesitate to book with AMI Locals in the future. The whole experience was wonderful. If you're contemplating where to book and with whom stop right now and trust all of the reviews you're reading. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again AMI Locals!!
