When I first called this salon, it was difficult seeking an appointment because I could not keep myself from crying long enough to leave the message. I intentionally tried over the weekend, because I was not sure I could get through a call in real time. I had been through years of appointments with specialists and trips to Quest, but with no definitive answer as to why my hair was constantly shedding or why it would fall out in big clumps every time I took a shower. I just wore hats, and my husband cut off the remnants. No, btw, it was definitively not Covid. That would have saved me all the specialist visits and snake oil treatments. If you are like me and your hair situation is traumatizing, I hope you will do as I did and work up the nerve to call Patti. She has a small charming salon off her house and will wear a mask, so you can feel safe being there if you are high risk. Most important, she is extremely kind. I don’t think I have ever had anyone so clearly give 110% to helping me feel good about myself enough to take off the hats. She spent so so much time with me. I could tell that it truly and personally mattered to her. Pick up the phone, and leave a teary message if you have to. Don’t lose your nerve before you leave your number. “Very nice plants, large and small. Expensive but great quality. Staff know their plants but sometimes really busy! They have their own fertilizer that is organic & people get addicted to it. They also have their own potting soil. Azelea, holly tree, large cat palms, variegated ginger, Cordylines, crotons, ponytail, lots of grasses! Very clean and large. “We had wood floor damage from leaking water heater. All the flooring had to be replaced. Called West Coast and our condo was measured the next day. Had an estimate within 3 days. Visited their store and picked out replacement flooring. A factory rep happened to be there and was very helpful with samples and pricing. The job is scheduled soon and we are happy with the whole process. Family owned business worthy of a look. Nice folks.”

“I would like to comment on Farrow's employees. They are fantastic. We have a service guy and his name is Tom. We have had pest and yard services with other companies in different locations but no one compares to Tom. He always knocks at our door to present himself and always has time for a friendly conversation. His advice has always been spot on. His work is outstanding and his advice is much appreciated. Tell me how hard it is today to find a service person that will do more then collect a fee. Tom is above and beyond the best we have ever had. We have Farrow do all service on our lawn including pest control, fertilizer and lawn care, plant and shrub fertilization and care. They drove by today and stopped in to touch up a few areas that were in need. They just noticed we needed something and gave it a touchup. They even noticed we could have future palm problems and jumped right into telling us what was going on, and what would be a good plan of action. Tom and his crew probably just saved our two large palms in front. Again thanks a million to Tom and all at Farrow Pest Control.”
