(February 26, 2022, 12:38 pm)I attended paddle board yoga and the sunset yoga offered by the studio. Both sessions were awesome. It was only my second time on a paddleboard, and Rachel explained the steps to paddle successfully. She is a great teacher! The sunset yoga class was also an awesome experience and memory :)

(October 17, 2021, 9:14 pm)We loved our private paddle board lesson with Rachael! She was very friendly, helpful and gave us a great experience. It included all the equipment we needed and was super easy to set up. We would definitely book something with her again!
