The Point at Bella Grove

Very attractive apartments, beautiful pool and William Parrott was so friendly and happy to have us in his apartments.

I just moved into a 1Bed,1Bath apartment about a month ago, and I could not be happier about my choice to live here. I had viewed around ten properties including houses, condos, and other apartments before coming to The Point at Bella Grove and meeting the Property Manager, Amber. On first impression, Amber was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward when offering me a tour of the spaces and information about the property. The apartments are wonderful spaces and the grounds are well kept and beautiful, but it was also Amber's clear sense of integrity and follow-through that brought clarity to a choice of where-to-live that had been difficult for me up to that point. As I completed my application and paperwork, Amber and the other property office employee, Lisa, could not have been more helpful and welcoming, which got me excited about my new residence and my move-in date. Now, having been here for a month and having regular interactions with Amber and Lisa, it is clear that their level of service and care for the property exemplifies the highest regard for their residents. I understand that Bainbridge Companies recently took over the property management of this gated apartment complex where the previous ownership had fallen short and was portraying a less than ideal reputation. In my opinion, this area and the property has wonderful potential which has been realized under the leadership of Amber and Lisa. There is no doubt in my mind that I made the best choice for myself when selecting my new residence, and again, I could not be happier about the location, the space I am renting, and the two lead professionals, Amber and Lisa, for creating this excellent living experience for their residents.

My apartment has high ceilings and the amenities are of very high quality. There are washers and dryers in all of the units. My kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that I am sure are quite new and well-maintained. Even though I am in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, there is still ample space for entertaining guests. Additionally, the property has a large and luxurious pool, a nice resident gym, a business and indoor kitchen entertaining area, a dog park with dog washing station, groomed landscaping, valet trash pickup, and a large patio space with two large grills for entertaining larger groups or hosting parties. My neighbors here are friendly, but I cannot hear them while I am inside of my apartment offering plenty of privacy and personal space. Considering the pandemic afflicting the world, Amber and Lisa have clearly made safety for residents and guests their top priority.

I will easily recommend The Point at Bella Grove to anyone searching for a new place and looking for the highest quality and highest level of service that can be found. As someone who is generally quite observant of the atmosphere around me, I am both impressed and enthused that this level of customer(resident) service still exists. This philosophy and foundation of business ethics is a fading light and I am proud to be part of a community that still prides itself for these qualities. It is truly what sets this property apart from all others. Thank you, Amber and Lisa, for making living here one of the best choices I have ever made.
