“My wife and I have always enjoyed Tarpon bay grill & Tiki Bar. We live close by and eat here a couple of times a month. We visit the bar to watch the Bucs more frequently. We've eaten several items on the menu, from the Captain's platter ( our favorite) to the Ruben sandwich, to the nachos. ( Which we had today while watching the Bucs win). We always have a good time, we like the employees ( friendly and professional) A couple that sat next to us had the lobster bisque and raved about it.( Lots of lobster). We highly recommend this fun , interesting restaurant and Tiki Bar. The view are amazing, especially at sunset. Hard to beat good food outside on the water.”

“I just moved into a 1Bed,1Bath apartment about a month ago, and I could not be happier about my choice to live here. I had viewed around ten properties including houses, condos, and other apartments before coming to The Point at Bella Grove and meeting the Property Manager, Amber. On first impression, Amber was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward when offering me a tour of the spaces and information about the property. The apartments are wonderful spaces and the grounds are well kept and beautiful, but it was also Amber's clear sense of integrity and follow-through that brought clarity to a choice of where-to-live that had been difficult for me up to that point. As I completed my application and paperwork, Amber and the other property office employee, Lisa, could not have been more helpful and welcoming, which got me excited about my new residence and my move-in date. Now, having been here for a month and having regular interactions with Amber and Lisa, it is clear that their level of service and care for the property exemplifies the highest regard for their residents. I understand that Bainbridge Companies recently took over the property management of this gated apartment complex where the previous ownership had fallen short and was portraying a less than ideal reputation. In my opinion, this area and the property has wonderful potential which has been realized under the leadership of Amber and Lisa. There is no doubt in my mind that I made the best choice for myself when selecting my new residence, and again, I could not be happier about the location, the space I am renting, and the two lead professionals, Amber and Lisa, for creating this excellent living experience for their residents. My apartment has high ceilings and the amenities are of very high quality. There are washers and dryers in all of the units. My kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that I am sure are quite new and well-maintained. Even though I am in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, there is still ample space for entertaining guests. Additionally, the property has a large and luxurious pool, a nice resident gym, a business and indoor kitchen entertaining area, a dog park with dog washing station, groomed landscaping, valet trash pickup, and a large patio space with two large grills for entertaining larger groups or hosting parties. My neighbors here are friendly, but I cannot hear them while I am inside of my apartment offering plenty of privacy and personal space. Considering the pandemic afflicting the world, Amber and Lisa have clearly made safety for residents and guests their top priority. I will easily recommend The Point at Bella Grove to anyone searching for a new place and looking for the highest quality and highest level of service that can be found. As someone who is generally quite observant of the atmosphere around me, I am both impressed and enthused that this level of customer(resident) service still exists. This philosophy and foundation of business ethics is a fading light and I am proud to be part of a community that still prides itself for these qualities. It is truly what sets this property apart from all others. Thank you, Amber and Lisa, for making living here one of the best choices I have ever made.”

“My experience with Ingman Marine has been 5 star across the board since I purchased my Cobia 237 in July 2020. Scott (Sales) and Gene (The manager) were a pleasure to deal with during the purchase process. The service department has been outstanding!! I have never said that about any service department in my life. I caused a couple of issues, and they went out of their way to help me each time. Devin runs the service department, and saying that he is good at his job is like saying Michael Jordan was just a good basketball player. He has met me at the boat ramp and jumped on to take a look at something. He has picked up my boat at my marina. He has talked me through some repairs I could do myself. I dropped my boat off last Wednesday at 11:00am for the 200 hour service, and he called me the next morning to come get it. I wish more people were as committed to their job and their customers as Devin is, and I give credit to his entire team, as they do the work on it. Thanks for making boat ownership an absolute pleasure.”

“I submit this as more of a "thank you" than a review, because I wanted to thank everyone at Sara Bay Marina for a fantastic stay. This was the first winter we brought our boat down with us, and we made good use of it. Jason, Frank, and the rest of the yard/dock crew were exceptional and always considerate. They made us feel so welcome and even when really busy, they were willing to take a moment to chat. The launch app was too cool and easy to use. Just click and get to the dock- makes you feel like a rock star. And every time we'd arrive, the boat was really clean and ready to go. Never got a chance to ask how the cleaning crews get the boats so spiffy. We didn't get to meet anyone in the service dept, but they replaced a bad starter quicker than we've seen anywhere else. “Love this Labcorp! They are always super nice, even though they are busy. Lianne is always on go go go, and keeps the Lab going! She's always nice to talk to and has great customer service. The lab is fast and clean! Definitely has been our go to lab for the past couple of months, and i I've been doing some 3-hour glucose tests so I've been there for over 3-hours in a separate room twice now and you can hear everything. Always great!”
