“I can honestly say my visit to Neo was not only one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer on a business and professional level, but it was also far and away one of the most memorable personal experiences I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of with a company! On the business side, Justin and his team were able to take a look at my car a whole day sooner than was originally planned. They were able to diagnose and assess the issue with my car quickly and then turned around and were able to get my part the following day. I should note that I didn't drop my car off until 3:00 p.m. on a Friday, so I just assumed that they wouldn't be able to get my part until at least Monday. I thought this was too good to be true and being jaded and cynical due to past experiences with mechanics I just knew I was going to get knocked over when I heard the total. Well to my surprise and delight my out the door price was beyond reasonable and actually less than I was prepared to pay (don't tell Justin)! If you've ever dealt with mechanics and garages you know that in itself is a very rare and welcomed occurrence! Fortunately for me that was only part of my incredible experience at Neo. Without going into detail, all I have to say is that Justin helped me out in a way that many of my own friends wouldn't even do. This has nothing to do with the money side of the transaction and everything to do with the giant heart that Justin and the rest of his crew showed me. I am far from a sappy kind of guy but I must say that Justin touched my heart and has restored my faith in humanity. I will never take my car anywhere else again! I will also do everything I can to convince my friends and family that are having car issues to take their car into Neo and give them a chance to earn their business and also so they can see for themselves the way a business should be run! “What a GREAT experience we had with Bekins, from start to finish! My hubs and I have moved a lot of furniture and belongings in our lives, to a variety of locations up and down the eastern seaboard. I have generally used small companies, with one exception, or we have done the DIY thing and moved it myself. We decided we are getting too old for that now, so I started searching for a moving company. I made the colossal mistake of asking for an estimate on an online site. After receiving hundreds of boiler room calls, I realized I should do some homework, and I'm thankful I did. I don't think the average American has any idea what scam artists some of these agents out of South Florida are. The stories are horrifying. So, although the price was a little higher, we ultimately chose Bekins because (a) they are not con men, palming my move off to unknown people, and (b) their reputation is excellent. I encourage potential customers to educate themselves on the industry. Once you do, you'll understand that you get what you pay for. Our experience with Bekins was fantastic!”
