“I am a beginner to yoga (mostly sedentary lifestyle) and started 2 months ago with Nadia. She was in the middle of moving studios but she has received me so well! This year has been very stressful for me and she has helped me find peace for my mind while exercising my body. I have been doing the Hatha yoga classes and started Pilates. Right after each class, I feel energized, refreshed, and happy. The next day, I can tell which muscles I worked because I am a bit sore (which makes me think I am on the right path). On top of that, I have lost some extra weight. 😊 I have noticed how careful she is with each person’s physical needs, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and is very kind. If you’re a beginner and looking for a place to do yoga, this is it. I don’t take her advanced classes, but she is very professional and helpful.”

“We just rented an expensive beach-front property on Leach’s Key. Much to our dismay the home was infested by rats...16 inchers, nose to tail! Fred’s prompt first visit left us with excellent, customized traps, an overview of what to expect and he spent two visits closing up possible entry points . Over the next week we got 11 which put an end to our nightmare. Once satisfied there were no more in the house, he came and placed poisoned bait stations around the property to cull the population. Excellent service and response time. Great follow-up.”

“This was an awesome place for breakfast. My granddaughter was able to order a youth-sized portion of the breakfast special. My daughter wanted to order two different flavors of pancakes...blueberry and pumpkin; the server allowed her to mix them. I had a wonderful omelet. Instead of toast or an English muffin, I chose the house-made biscuits. They were ginormous and delicious! We had to take home some of our food because the portions are plentiful. This places features great food at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Don’t miss this place!”

“It's a good plaza. Many of the places I am not able to go to, but it contains my favorite buffet, the Grand Buffet. It also contains a gym, two bars, a thrift store and a few small places, so it's pretty good. But it could use a bigger parking lot, as if you go there during dinner time, it's a hit or miss if you get a open parking spot.”
