“We are renovating our home and wanted to get a neutral wall paint that went well with our new flooring. If you have ever had to do this then you know this can be a challenge. Pink undertones, Green undertones, Yellow undertones Oh My! Josh and Chris worked patiently with me during my selection process. They are very knowledgeable and I know without their help I would have been painting and repainting and spending money unnecessarily to get it right. They have larger paint swatches and offer small cans of paint which is invaluable. My painter said their cabinet paint is the best on the market. They are located right off of I 75 , East on State Road 70.”

“World class - we were here today and had a great morning. The playground is one of the few we've seen in Florida that is partially covered and offers the kids some shade. For children under 3 years, the playground is even free. The tour of the grounds lasted about an hour and was also very exciting. A lot of information about the farm, the individual plants etc. But the best part was the one with the animals. Absolutely impressive how great they care for the rescued animals here and completely sacrificed for them. There are African crocodile, two emus, raccoons, snakes, a falcon, a three year old alligator, a parrot and even more impressive animals that are allowed to live here in great conditions. Great praise to whoever takes care of all these animals!”

“I want to say a big Thank You to Mark from beginning to end throughout the booking process of this property. It was smooth sailing from the day I requested to book to the day we arrived. Excellent communication from Mark with detailed information on how to check in, check out, and full of other important information. I asked a lot of questions, and Mark always answered them promptly. My wife and I stayed from 4/27 to 5/3. We just arrived back home 4 hours ago, and now I am writing this review because its all worth it. We were able to meet Mark's wife and son. Wonderful family. They were nearby in their own unit, and never intrusive. The unit has a courtyard which is shared by other unit renters. THE COURTYARD IS BEAUTIFUL. Mark did a really nice job with all the decors. We felt like we were in a nature private getaway due to the way the palm trees etc were set up in the courtyard. Very green and nature like. There were two grills, tables, chairs. grilling utensils etc. Just enough for everyone to enjoy themselves. My wife and I was able to grill out two meals while we were there. Even though the courtyard are shared with other units, every time we were in the courtyard to grill, or hangout, it was just us. Very private feel. The kitchen is beautiful with nice appliances, quality granite counters, and great looking cabinets. All the cooking utensils are there with spices, virgin oil, pots, pans, and so on. My wife was able to cook us dinner for two of the nights there. The bed was very comfortable!! There are tvs in every room. The main living room has a 50" tv. Wifi works fast! I was mainly using wifi whenever I am in the unit. It has great range too because when I was in the courtyard, I was able to pick up the signal from there. Other items like beach towels, bath towels, soap, shampoo etc were provided. Also, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cart were provided as well for beach activities. The beach is right across the street from the unit. Basically the property is near the beach, local restaurants, and shops. Great location!! My wife and I love traveling, and honestly this property is one of the best we stayed at. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient. I am very grateful to have find this rental, and can't thank Mark enough throughout the entire process. Thank you for opening up your doors for us. We greatly appreciated it! We will be back for sure! 5 Stars indeed!”

“How can anyone not love this place? Easily takes top spot for best breakfast on the island. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is loaded with a wide variety of antique decor. Really such a cool spot. The creme brulee french toast is out of this world, a must order. Their cinnamon rolls and sticky buns are much to brag about as well. Key lime pie was also amazing and fresh. The tall young man who runs the floor (running food etc) is so friendly, nice and hardworking. I feel bad for forgetting his name but he helps make the place great!”

“Chose this place for an anniversary dinner since the menu looked great and definitely made the right choice. The food, drinks, and service were all great! The drinks were strong but still tasty. The appetizers made it hard to leave room for dinner. And the dinner made us want to try and find room for more bites. By the end, we took a lot to go which they boxed for us. Best of all, THEY LABELED THE BOXES!!! The atmosphere was nice as the seating isn't all in one big room that can get loud during a rush. All the food we had is pictured but we ordered mostly off the "specials" menu so go soon! (Except the crème brûlée cheesecake that had to be taken to go... and that I'm eating while I write this!)”

“I've driven by Tyler's a few times when leaving the beach and after spending the day at Cortez Beach, decided to finally stop and check it out. What a fun, relaxed, beachy local ice cream shop! “On the advice of a friend, I decided to check out this restaurant located by a marina on the Manatee River. First of all the view was spectacular at sunset. Truly stunning. I ordered the grouper sandwich and it was fresh and tender. My appetizer was an order of coconut shrimp and it was decent. The server was friendly and the prices were very reasonable considering the prime location. You can get a draft beer for under $5. I couldn't find a flaw with the restaurant so it gets a rare 5 star rating from me.”
