  Just got back from this cruise and had a very nice experience. Captain Debbie and Captain Adam were very informational. Had a great time.

  GREAT trip up and back on the Silver River with Capt. Tom!
  
  My wife was hoping to see the wild rhesus macaques that thrive along the banks and perhaps even a manatee. I was looking for birds and hoping to spot a couple I had never seen. Thanks to sharp-eyes Capt. Tom, we both got what we wanted – and more!
  
  We saw the monkeys heading both out and back. My wife LOVED seeing wild ones outside of a zoo! They were so cute! A little later Capt. Tom pointed to the clear water beneath us where we saw a pair of manatees. He spotted a poisonous Cottonmouth snake coiled up on a log sunning itself, pointed out four different species of turtles, and helped us spot several alligators.
  
  In all I totaled 16 different species of birds along the river. Most plentiful were the Wood Ducks – I counted 33 of them, including eight ducklings – and the Anhingas. I didn’t spot the Yellow Crowned Night Heron (a new “lifer” for me) in the tree; but Capt. Tom did! He quietly maneuvered close enough for several great pictures of it.
  
  Capt. Tom was knowledgeable, funny and helpful. We had a GREAT time! We cannot recommend him highly enough!

  This experience was amazing! I booked on the same day with Mr. John and could not have been happier. If you are in Ocala/Dunnellon area it is a must to do. We learned, we laughed, we oohs & we awws!
  
  From beginning to end the entire trip was well planned. The boat is very comfortable too. Mr. John does sing...seriously the highlight of the trip. Do yourself a favor and get out there!
