When she returned home I immediately called the main office and spoke to Donna the manager. She was extremely apologetic and I was totally convinced it was an honest mistake. Donna was very friendly and total resolved the issue above and beyond our expectations!!!
We have been going to Hometown Cleaners for years and have been extremely satisfied. This type of customer service is rare in this day and age.
Hats off to a company that "gets it"!!
