The apartments are nice and big. Very spacious and the balconies got quite a lot of people. Its very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Pet friendly, with the littles stations for the pet waste available at 4 corners of the vicinity. The only flaw I see is the issue with parking.
There isn't a whole lot of parking available and if you come home after up forget about parking anywhere less than 5 minutes from your building.
