  Nice airport in my opinion, I breezed threw security with no hassles or delay. Terminals are easy to find, their gift shops are amazing. Not to mention they have a great selections of bars/restaurants to choose from.

  Great airport! I had no issues connecting from various terminals, the train was very efficient and clean, signs were very clear if you follow instructions. The terminals have lots of options of places to eat and shop. I visited the Amex Centurion Lounge and the food and drinks were outstanding! The airport employees were courteous and friendly. Overall, I have zero complaints.

  Very Big. Can get lost. Its really beautiful. Staff are nice except female TSA agents. They are so Rude and not Helpful. Do not Rent Car from Car center. Over priced must have major credit card and rental staff act lazy as if you are bothering them. Rent from U-Save Great place. Very Helpful, fast and nice. The Shuttle bus outside the Car Rental Center in Airport has Company name on it will take you to office location. Just get to Car Center then out doors or ask someone. The other rentals look good but are not better than U-Save nor friendly.

  MIA is a world class JETPORT. Futuristic. Organized. Signage is very visible and handicap accessible. KEEP IT MOVING MIA!

  I found the airport easy to use and very efficient. Our bags were delivered on time and baggage claim was easy to find. We were six people headed for the cruise terminal in Miami. The taxi dispatcher found us a van quickly and efficiently. He would not take a tip, telling us that it was his job. How refreshing. Keep it up.
