  After years of not exercising consistently I wanted to get back in shape. I saw ILKB-Doral on FB and decided to give it a try. The instructors were welcoming and were interested in finding out what I wanted to get out of training there. They consistently support you and push you towards your goal and adapt the class to whatever level you are starting at.
  This is not a "go with your hair down" kind of workout gym but despite being in a Miami neighborhood where appearance is scrutinized you will never feel out of place. The instructors and other members of the gym welcome you with whatever shape or size you come in. The classes are fun, dynamic and exhausting. You will see results if you push yourself. Best investment in myself I have done in a long time.

  By far the best experience ever. The support of the staff keeps me motivated and energized. They encourage me to continue when I feel like I dont have any energy left. They check on me daily. When I need help they are right there for me. I am able to ask questions and practice moves that I have trouble with. I get so excited when it is time for class. I wish I could go everyday. Join join join join. It is totally worth it.

  This place is awesome! I was in town on business and the manager allowed me to attend a few classes since I was a member of ILKB in Maryland. The manager/instructors/owner welcomed me and motivated me to keep coming back. Connie, Christine, Juan Carlos and Francesca were engaging with all participants during the classes and Al Agon, the owner, was also present during the classes and assisted on proper technique. If I’m ever back down in Miami I’ll be sure to stop in for a few classes. Thank you for make me feel welcomed. - Emilio

  iLoveKickboxing is the best workout ever. The staff are always upbeat and energetic and they make the workouts really fun! This is a really great stress reliever and a fun activity to do with friends. 10/10 Highly recommend.
