“Well ,I do have to say ,I'm extremely impressed, and very glad I chose Alonso Transmissions ,for my transmission needs for my 2006 F 150. Ralph ,the owner ,gives you such a professional ,and informative explanation ,of what is wrong with your vehicle,that one feels very comfortable and confident that your vehicle will be repaired in a cost effective and timely manner. My truck was slipping in and out of overdrive, and I could not drive over 50 mph. When I picked it up two days later, I noticed my truck drives ,and shifts gears as smooth as she did wben she was new. So , would I recommend Alonso Transmissions ??, ABSOLUTELY YES. The price was very fair, the customer service was excellent, and my truck drives like new. Folks ,for whoever reads this, in this day and age ,where we are reluctant to trust car mechanics ,because of horror stories we have heard, if you want your car or truck ,fixed right the first time, with a very honest shop, please visit these people. I found out its a family owned shop, in the same location for over 30 years. It must be for a reason. “I called Flow-Tech after reading several reviews online when our air conditioner broke in mid August. Although we got quotes from two other companies, one of which came back less expensive than Flow-Tech, we decided to go with them because of how knowledgeable the technician they sent was. That same day I spoke with Mario who explained all of the options we had and broke down in detail the pros and cons of each unit, we needed to replace both the inside and outside units. He was so incredibly professional and I appreciated greatly just how much information he provided so that my husband and I could make an informed decision. The next day, his crew came out and we couldn't be more impressed. They finished the work quickly and and left everything very clean. Our unit has not given us any issues. I waited at least two months to write the review to ensure that it was working as promised. We are so grateful to Mario and the rest of the Flow-Tech Air Conditioning employees for their expertise and professionalism. They resolved our air conditioning issues in less than 48 hours from the initial call for an estimate. They may not show up as the least expensive, but they are worth every penny. I am so glad that we chose them. Should we have another need with our AC, we will definitely be calling them again.”
