Historic Virginia Key Beach Park

I took my niece to the kayaks to see the manatees, we took public transport so we walk the mile and a half under the sun to get there from the entrance, on the way back we were very tired but started walking, the park ranger pass in his pickup and offered to give us a ride to the door, we told him we were taking the bus, he took us to the bus station!!! We had a unforgettable time we will never forget. Thank you park ranger you are the BEST!!!

Nice beach spot that doesn't get overcrowded like many other areas in Miami. Plenty of parking and nice bike/ walking trails. There's also quite a few sheltered areas for large groups. You can also rent bikes, chairs and umbrellas. And if you get hungry there is a restaurant. My only thing is I think the bathrooms could be maintained a little better.

Great alternative to the other beaches in Key Biscayne. Very nice area full of grills, tables, etc. The view on a nice day is spectacular. Easy to park, $8 per car to get in. The only bad thing was the restroom ???? super dirty and it was only 12pm when we arrived... please keep them cleaner!

Had an awesome time donating my time and toys from my jobs Christmas toy drive that we do every year called "Toys for Kids" We collect new toys for underprivileged kids and families at all MIAMI DADE FIRE RESCUE STATIONS from November - December and all the left over toys that weren't given to families throughout the community we gave away at an event held here for Adopted and Foster children. Truly a blessing

Visited here for the Miami international boat show last year. Area feels like it’s getting a tad old now. Although with that said it is still. Very clean and very popular area. Beaches were nice and clean. Lots of attractions in the area to suit all sorts of people. We got lucky with the weather at the time of year we went. Overall was a great experience visiting and would be more than happy to return to the area in the future. Highly recommended if you wish to see more areas of Miami Florida United States of America’s!
