I expected the worst and was uncomfortable with the idea of having to be exposed to anyone. Bordoni used humor and sarcasm to make me feel comfortable. She creates a safe, comfortable space every visit, explains everything slowly and clearly, and makes me feel comfortable being honest and sharing any issues. I cannot recommend her enough! “We recently took a trip to Miami and were referred to Casa Mia to rent a vacation home for the week. Traveling with a small child is much easier with separate rooms and a full kitchen so we always prefer an apartment setup. We stayed in a beautiful high rise condo overlooking downtown and biscayne bay. The apartment was immaculate and the location was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for our toddler. They left us equipped with clean linens, toiletries, and a bottle of wine, which was a great touch. Next time we're in Miami we will be booking with them again! I would definitely recommend Casa Mia.”

“I have enjoyed living at Sherwood for the past few years. However this past year has not been the same. The corporate office seems to be negligent in assuring that the noted amenities and maintenance is being met. More maintenance workers are needed, lifeguards are needed, and trash removal all need to be addressed. The pool is closed more than open, trash remains on the ground around the bins for weeks, and parking is insufficient for its many residents. Corporate office needs to be responsible, not just raise the rent each year without addressing the needs and adding unused amenities.”
