“Out of all the gyms and fitness center been to, I never experience true care for my health and fitness. Ernie, Marc and Frisner are great. They've helped me be consistent with achieving my goals. I'm excited about what the next 6-9 months will bring. I know that it is important for me to be discipline and I love the workouts. They are challenging and I feel accomplished at the end of the workout. On top of all that, the literal cherry on top is the TABU smoothies. Very delicious and affordable. Very high recommendation for this group. You should at least check it out and see for yourself.”
