“I highly recommend FBR, prices warranty and exceptional quality of work. No hidden costs everything is upfront, no down payment, you only pay when job is done and passes inspection, they maintain communication through out, unlike most companies in the south they answer the phone or get back to you ASAP. My roof started leaking two weeks before the scheduled work they covered the roof with a tarp and kept the interior dry until job was completed, n extra charge, their price included life time good quality shingles, 130 MPH they replace everything on the roof including sky lights, vents etc. they added seal and peel underlayment on the entire roof and their price was $2000 below other companies in the area recommended by Angie's list and Home Adviser. Most companies will only replace a coupe sheets of plywood for free and will charge as much as $5.00 per foot after that, they will replace any wood that needs to be replaced no extra charge, their workmanship warranty is better than most. Due to the COVID pandemic and working from home I recently switched to Sudsies and I was SO impressed by their customer service and efficiency. The staff and management are true professionals and the consistency in their service is remarkable. Couple of things that stood out: 1. A warm and genuine greeting every time I entered the store, no matter who is behind the counter. 2. A personal note I received in my mailbox thanking me for their business. 3. The follow ups through text message and questions answers in no time! 4. A follow up call from the GM. Amazing work from the entire team and the management! Prices may be a little bit higher, but quality and service are so important, I used cheaper one in the past and lost many pants/shirts due to lack of care. Keep up the great work!! I am sure you guys will open more and more locations!”
