“Buyers and sellers are basically all the same. They want to buy or sell their home very quickly, at the highest price possible and with as little or no effort on their part. Realtors however, are not all the same. We've all had at least one unpleasant experience with a Realtor. Having chosen Tony and Mike to list and market my condo was most decidedly a great decision which resulted in my having a great experience. At the time that I decided to sell, the condo market in Miami was at dead stop. Buyers controlled the narrative, which made Tony and Mike having to fend off ridiculous low-ball offers and many tire kickers. During the course of the listing, Tony and Mike showed my condo dozens of times and scheduled many open houses. Even then, again due to the depressed market, reasonable offers were not forthcoming. Tony and Mike kept me from being discouraged, having shown me data about the market numerous times which allayed my fear of not being able to obtain a reasonable offer - ever. The market was just not there as is once was. Their ability to analyze the people who were potential real buyers as opposed to those who had no intention of making a respectable offer was uncanny. One day, Tony and Mike showed my apartment to a couple who they deemed to be serious buyers. They worked each and every issue that could possibly be an impediment to their making an offer. One by one, each issue was addressed and we soon received a great offer that I gladly accepted. But their service did not stop there. They met with the appraiser. They met with the inspector. They attended the closing. Thanks to their efforts, the entire process from my signing a listing contract right through the closing, was superb. They never left my side. And it didn't stop there. After the closing, they fielded many questions that the new owners had about the building and other issues. Many other units in the building similar to mine have still not sold to this day. I can, without reservation, recommend the Soto Realty Group, whether you are looking to sell or buy. Additionally, Tony and Mike did exhaustive research in finding my new home. This process, like the sale of my existing home, was seamless and stress free. Simply put, Tony and Mike, in addition to both being consummate professionals, are very nice people who put my concerns and goals first and foremost. Going forward, they will be handling all of my real estate transactions - from now on.”
